Calculators

Check your score

Six tools, one page. Each one follows the official grid published by IRCC, Ontario or British Columbia and was checked on November 2, 2026 — including the Express Entry changes that take effect on November 3, 2026. The results are estimates: the officer, the draw and the program rules on the day decide. When you have your numbers, send us the assessment and we will tell you what they mean for your file.

Express Entry CRS calculator

Scores your profile under the Comprehensive Ranking System. The rules changed on November 3, 2026: points for Canadian work experience moved into a new Labour Market Integration factor and a job offer in a high-wage occupation earns points again (no LMIA needed). Use the switch to compare.

1. Profile

2. Language — first official language (CLB / NCLC level per ability)

Do not know your CLB? Use the Language → CLB tab first.

3. Second official language (optional)

4. Work experience

5. Labour Market Integration (from Nov 3, 2026)

IRCC counts the higher of (Canadian experience + high-wage bonus) and (job offer) — never both. The tier is set by the occupation's median wage on IRCC's high-wage list, not by your own salary.

Ontario Workforce Priority Stream EOI score

Since May 30, 2026 the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has a single stream. Candidates with a full-time, permanent job offer from an eligible Ontario employer (TEER 0–3, or TEER 4–5) register an expression of interest and are ranked on the grid below (maximum 132). Self-employed physicians use a shorter version without the wage factor.

Ontario has not yet published draw cut-offs for the Workforce Priority Stream. Eligibility also requires CLB 6 (CLB 5 for listed skilled trades; CLB 4 for TEER 4–5 offers), a post-secondary credential (secondary diploma for TEER 4–5) and the work-experience minimum for your pathway.

Income requirements & settlement funds

Parents and Grandparents Program paused. Since July 15, 2026 IRCC is not accepting new interest-to-sponsor forms or issuing invitations until further notice. Applications already submitted continue to be processed. The table below is the latest published (2025 intake) and is what sponsors will need to meet when the program reopens. In the meantime the Super Visa is the working alternative.

Minimum necessary income — parents and grandparents (LICO + 30%)

The sponsor (and co-signer, if any) must meet the amount in each of the three tax years before applying, proven by CRA Notices of Assessment. Applies outside Quebec; Quebec sets its own requirement. Undertaking: 20 years (10 in Quebec). The Super Visa uses the plain low-income cut-off without the 30% — a different, lower table.

Proof of settlement funds — Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker and Federal Skilled Trades)

CAD $15,263

Table updated by IRCC on July 7, 2025 (50% of the low-income cut-off). Not required for the Canadian Experience Class, or if you are authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer. Funds must be available and unencumbered; borrowed money does not count.
